Quick answers for the Taiwan Baseball Watch iOS private beta.
Common questions
The schedule is not updating
Check your internet connection, then tap Retry if the app shows an offline message. Previously loaded player information remains visible during a temporary feed error.
The game time looks wrong
Open Games and use Display Time to choose the desired time zone. Schedule rows use 24-hour time; the game detail card uses AM/PM.
An official link does not open
The Official, Baseball Reference, and Savant buttons open an external browser. Check that Safari is available and that content restrictions permit the destination.
Background notifications are not arriving
Install the website to your Home Screen, favorite a player, open that player’s Alerts, and tap “Enable background notifications & preview.” Keep notifications allowed in your phone settings. Pitchers can send an update after each completed inning; hitters can send an update after each plate appearance.
Send beta feedback
Open TestFlight, select Taiwan Baseball Watch, and choose “Send Beta Feedback.” Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot when possible.

賽程沒有更新
請先確認網路連線；若 App 顯示離線訊息，請點選「重試」。即時資料暫時無法更新時，仍可查看先前載入的球員資訊。
比賽時間不正確
請在「賽事」頁面的「顯示時區」選擇所需時區。賽程列表使用 24 小時制，賽事詳情卡使用 AM／PM。
官方連結無法開啟
「官方」、Baseball Reference 與 Savant 按鈕會開啟外部瀏覽器。請確認 Safari 可使用，且內容限制允許開啟該網站。
沒有收到背景推播
請先將網站安裝到主畫面，加入最愛球員，開啟該球員的「通知」，再點選「開啟背景推播並預覽」。同時請確認手機系統設定允許通知。投手每完成一局可收到更新，打者每次打席後可收到更新。
回報測試意見
請開啟 TestFlight，選擇「Taiwan Baseball Watch」，再點選「傳送 Beta 版回饋」。建議附上 iPhone 型號、iOS 版本與螢幕截圖。
